2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDC on the Polygon network) via RiskPay. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it is final and non-reversible unless we agree to issue a refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any applicable taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide via our dropshipping partners. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Orders are fulfilled on a best-effort basis.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at merchant@brozto.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
